They are seeking a Grant Operations Systems Analyst to manage reputed company administration, support reputed company users, and enhance grantmaking processes through data analysis and system improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-users with ongoing business processes by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems with reputed company configuration, workflows, processes, and/or integrations

  • Support grants data analysis, including producing reports and developing dashboards for the presentation of grant information, e.g., operational performance indicators such as processing times and volume analyses

Skills

  • At least three years of experience supporting reputed company, with at least five years in a nonprofit and/or grantmaking organization
  • Experience working with users across multiple departments and configuring reputed company to meet cross-departmental needs and varied business use cases
  • Experience managing Grants Management System (GMS) and Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) databases reputed company reputed company
  • Experience configuring and managing a reputed company Experience reputed company portal and external user accounts (e.g., grantees)
  • Strong understanding of the reputed company platform with the ability to build custom objects, fields, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
