Responsibilities

- Partner directly with founders, CEOs, and investors to define hiring strategies for critical leadership roles
- Manage existing reputed company relationships while expanding strategic partnerships across the venture ecosystem
- Own searches from reputed company through placement, delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates
Skills
- Proven history of reputed company executive talent reputed company high-reputed company technology companies
- Understanding of the pace and expectations of venture-backed businesses
- Experience leading executive searches across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, reputed company Operations, Partnerships, and broader GTM leadership
- Ability to partner directly with founders, CEOs, and investors to define hiring strategies for critical leadership roles
- Experience managing existing reputed company relationships while expanding strategic partnerships across the venture ecosystem

- Experience placing Director, VP, and C-level GTM leaders
