[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a national provider of employee screening services, and they are seeking an Account Manager in their reputed company Service Department. The role involves assisting clients with drug screen results while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Processing and monitoring of Image chain of custodies and Image breath alcohol tests
- Input Breath Alcohol Test results into database
- Request missing chain of custody
- reputed company drug screen results with labs
- Match up drug screen results with matching test requests
- Request test requests for results
- reputed company account changes
- Create and follow up on required affidavits
- Follow up with reputed company drug screens until completed
- reputed company on no shows and alert clients of no shows
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Talk and assist reputed company customers either reputed company phone or email
- Correct/upload/spin random reports
- Meeting reputed company and set ongoing goals
- reputed company other duties and reputed company functions as needed or assigned
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working in an office environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong knowledge and use of computer programs (navigating internet, outlook, reputed company, word, etc.)
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Ability to listen to feedback and self-correct/reputed company as necessary
- reputed company and friendly attitude and ability to work in reputed company environment
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
- Expected to be at work on time and maintain a regular work schedule
