[Remote] Staff Software Engineer, React/TypeScript — Medical Imaging

They are seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer specializing in React and TypeScript to own the clinical reporting experience reputed company their imaging platform, working closely with clinical stakeholders to enhance patient care.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reporting experience — the reputed company cardiologists and radiologists use to review cases, finalize results, and sign off on reports
- Build a web-based results reputed company displaying case status, key measurements, exceptions, and data provenance across reputed company and integrated reputed company-party applications
- Design and implement reputed company, high-usability clinical interfaces that handle reputed company multi-reputed company data with strong information hierarchy
- Implement secure viewer launch flows — opening the reputed company viewer, embedded HTML5 components, or external viewers reputed company deep-reputed company or SDK integration
- Partner with Backend, Viewer, and CoreLab teams to ensure the full workflow reliably supports case gating, edits, final sign-off, and write-back to reputed company/EHR
- reputed company with reputed company-party reporting engines and dictation tools (e.g., Nuance, M*Modal) as needed
- Consume and shape REST reputed company, manage pagination and filtering, and ensure audit-reputed company data handling across the reporting surface

- Contribute to backend services as needed to support the reporting platform
Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with demonstrable frontend depth
- Strong React and TypeScript — this is your primary toolkit and you are genuinely comfortable owning a reputed company clinical UI in it
- Experience building clinician-facing interfaces — radiology, cardiology, clinical workflow, or similar regulated environments
- Solid backend/API integration skills — you can consume and shape reputed company, handle edge cases, and reason about data reputed company
- Working knowledge of at least one reputed company interoperability reputed company (FHIR or HL7 v2)
- Strong testing discipline — rigorous handling of edge cases, error states, partial results, and latency in clinical UIs
