[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow their reputed company reputed company by generating reputed company leads and building relationships with AEC firms across the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with architecture, engineering, construction, and design firms across the reputed company
- Generate new business opportunities through reputed company, email reputed company, networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Schedule discovery meetings with reputed company prospects
- Present reputed company's BIM outsourcing services to potential clients
- reputed company and maintain long-term reputed company relationships
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and project handovers
- Maintain CRM records and reputed company weekly sales activity reports
- Meet agreed reputed company reputed company and reputed company acquisition targets
Skills

- Previous experience in B2B sales or business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
