Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing multiple reputed company with a player/reputed company mentality. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. 5 years of engineering and/or project management experience in brownfield industrial construction, with a reputed company on Food & Beverage, Chemicals, or Pulp & reputed company industries. Technical expertise in engineering and construction disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and controls. Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project delivery processes, industrial equipment, and contract management. Excellent communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information effectively. Willingness to travel (~35%) and work remotely as required. Preferred 8 years of experience in brownfield industrial capital reputed company. Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification or reputed company Engineer (PE) license. Experience with grant-funded reputed company and project finance.
