[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a dedicated bilingual Customer Support Representative to reputed company exceptional support and service to clients and partners, ensuring high reputed company of satisfaction and effective communication.
Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records through data entry and computerized systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve issues promptly
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling reputed company interactions
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to streamline reputed company services and improve overall efficiency
- Resolve support tickets and assign them to the corresponding departments

Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years in a customer service call center environment

- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify reputed company needs and recommend appropriate solutions
