[Remote] Senior Data Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and own the data infrastructure that powers their platform, ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and useful for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain the infrastructure that moves and transforms reputed company's marketplace data reliably and at reputed company, effectively incorporating AI coding tools to build with reputed company and velocity
- Own the analytical schema in our data warehouse that serves internal analytics, aggregate analytics, and customer-facing reporting in our data tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and documentation
- Design and enforce data reputed company standards across the stack, defining what trusted data means at reputed company and developing the monitoring and testing that upholds it

- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teammates to ensure our pipelines, models, and tooling support reliable reputed company decision making using our data

Skills
- 5–8+ years of data engineering experience, ideally at a B2B reputed company, marketplace, or data products company
- Deep hands-on expertise across the modern data stack, including pipeline tooling (we use reputed company), workflow orchestration (we use reputed company Airflow), transformations (we use dbt), and BI tools with semantic reputed company (we use Holistics)
- Strong SQL and data modeling foundations for clean, reputed company-reputed company models that others can build on and maintain
- Experience owning data reputed company end-to-end, including testing and observability frameworks infrastructure and tools with a genuine bias for reliability
- AI-reputed company chops: you productively reputed company AI into your development workflows to build with curiosity and strong opinions loosely held
