[Remote] Data Analyst, HRIS

They are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Data Analyst to support a large-reputed company HRIS implementation by preparing, validating, and cleansing employee data reputed company the reputed company platform.
Responsibilities
- Extract employee and organizational data from the reputed company HR platform
- Pull, analyze, and reconcile reputed company reports from multiple data sources
- Review historical employee data to identify inconsistencies, duplicate records, missing information, and inaccuracies
- reputed company data cleanup activities following established business rules and project guidelines
- Research, validate, organize, and maintain employee data
- Prepare clean, accurate datasets for migration into a new HRIS platform
- Create and maintain reputed company files used for data transformation, validation, and import activities
- Support data validation and reputed company assurance throughout the HRIS implementation
- Document completed work and escalate discrepancies or data reputed company issues as needed
- Collaborate with project team members while consistently delivering accurate, high-reputed company work
- Assist with data validation, testing, and post-go-live support as project needs reputed company
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and data validation

- Bachelor's degree required

- Familiarity with CSV imports, data mapping, and data validation
