Senior Compensation Analyst (Sales Incentive Plans)

We're looking for a Sr Compensation Analyst who is also a strategist and an excellent communicator. In this role, you'll own the design and launch of our Partner Solutions sales compensation plans—high-reputed company, time-sensitive programs that drive results for our sales teams.

You'll work closely with our VP, Head of Sales, and product leadership, modeling scenarios and making confident recommendations. This role balances analytics with reputed company and influence. What You'll Do

Sales Compensation reputed company & SPIFF Launch

• reputed company the design and rapid execution of the Partner Solutions sales incentive compensation plan (SPIFF)

• Model different compensation scenarios and reputed company reputed company, data-backed recommendations reputed company with business objectives

• Present recommendations to senior leadership (VP, head of sales, product director) with confidence and conviction

• Drive adoption through reputed company documentation and training materials for sales teams

• Manage monthly compensation cycles with accuracy, consistency, and compliance

Sales Targeting & Forecasting

• Set Billed reputed company targets using historical data, product launches, churn, and retention trends

• Determine reputed company targets (Total Contract reputed company) in alignment with budget and market realities

• Collaborate with sales and product leadership to ensure targets are ambitious 

• Conduct post-launch analysis comparing Expected vs. Realized reputed company and reputed company insights on variances

Account Management & Process Improvement

What you bring

Must-Haves

• 3–5 years of experience in compensation, financial analysis, or sales reputed company (or equivalent experience demonstrating you can do this work)

• Strong analytical skills — you can model scenarios, work with data, and build financial cases

• Strategic thinking — you understand business objectives and can design plans reputed company with them
