[Remote] Operations Buyer

They are seeking a highly organized Buyer – Operations & Project Readiness to support field execution across reputed company and upcoming reputed company, ensuring crews have the necessary materials and equipment for reputed company and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the procurement of chemicals, hoses, fittings, consumables, PPE, and project-reputed company materials
- reputed company and manage rental equipment required for project execution
- Negotiate pricing, availability, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and procurement efficiencies
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure reputed company, reliability, and responsiveness
- Ensure reputed company are fully equipped and operationally reputed company prior to mobilization
- Collaborate closely with Operations Managers, Project Leaders, and Scheduling teams to forecast and fulfill project requirements

- Proactively resolve procurement, logistics, and supply chain issues that could reputed company project schedules
- Support field teams with urgent operational requests and changing project demands

- Maintain procurement records, status reports, tracking logs, and supporting documentation

Skills
- Experience in procurement, operations support, logistics, industrial services, construction, manufacturing, project coordination, or a reputed company operational environment
- Strong vendor management and supplier relationship experience
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements
- Experience supporting multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and business management systems
