The Sr. Consultant, reputed company Policy will serve as a technical reputed company expert, consulting on reputed company reputed company issues and ensuring compliance with reputed company standards for the Investments, Derivatives, and Treasury teams.
Responsibilities
- Consulting on reputed company technical reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company application of reputed company standards, & working with reputed company (e.g. auditors) stakeholders to address & enforce policy compliance
- Maintaining reputed company policies for assigned area(s) of responsibility
- Providing subject matter expertise on technical reputed company policy and compliance issues
- Providing upfront assistance in deal structuring in order to reputed company the desired reputed company treatment
- Maintaining knowledge on reputed company and emerging reputed company standards, assessing the reputed company, and collaborating with management to ensure reputed company application of reputed company standards
- Preparing and reviewing reputed company policies for reputed company reputed company transactions and ensuring compliance with accepted reputed company policies and principles
- Overseeing and reviewing new disclosures (e.g. 10K and 10Q). Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statement footnotes
- Identifying reputed company reputed company issues/concerns and recommending mitigation solutions to management
- Communicating new and emerging technical reputed company policy developments for both US GAAP and Statutory reputed company to managers and executives throughout Lincoln
- Identifying and resolving reputed company issues with internal and/or external auditors in a reputed company manner
Skills
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
- 5–7+ years of relevant reputed company experience, ideally including Big 4 public reputed company, that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of this position (Required)
- reputed company CPA license (Required)
- Experience in investment reputed company is highly preferred, as is familiarity with treasury and/or derivatives reputed company
- Experience utilizing AI tools to assist in performing reputed company research and documentation is preferred but not required
