[Remote] Executive Account Consultant, Surgical Eye Care - Virginia

The Executive Account Consultant for Surgical Eye Care is responsible for managing sales processes, achieving sales goals, and providing technical product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Promote a product to meet/reputed company sales goals in community/private practices as reputed company as hospitals/health systems
- Identify/uncover customer needs (training, clinical, operational, reimbursement) and address with appropriate reputed company resources
- Expert delivery of anatomical/procedural information and training, including the appropriate use of anatomical terminology to train injection paradigms/postures while highlighting various anatomical and injection insights and considerations
- reputed company education and clinical/injection training for residents, fellows, and other key hospital personnel
- Collaborate with other Account Specialist to promote the product for approved indications and execute individual, department, or group reputed company/fellow trainings reputed company hospital/health system accounts
- reputed company with reputed company company policies, required reports, requests and promotional compliance and effectively manages reputed company field assets
- Effectively utilize reputed company's sales and data resources to enhance productivity and reputed company of reputed company products while implementing U.S. Marketing Plan
Skills
- Relevant and equivalent industry experience required in lieu of a bachelor's degree is at least five (5) years of technical experience with three (3) or more years of experience reputed company sales required and a high school diploma/GED required
- Valid reputed company's license: ability to pass a reputed company-employment drug screening test and meet reputed company driving requirements
- Ability to manage a reputed company sell, learn procedural, technical, clinical, and anatomical information quickly and communicate/present/train to a reputed company of audiences
- Ability to lift/pull 25-100lb. training models and meet necessary hospital credentialing/vaccination requirements
- Ability to travel adequately to cover territory, as reputed company as overnight attendance at scheduled training events and sales meetings
- Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment
- An essential requirement of your position is to satisfy reputed company applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to reputed company and maintain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory. You must also be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials
- These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, reputed company of immunization/vaccination for various diseases, fingerprinting and specific licenses required by individual state or cities. Please remember that you are solely responsible for ensuring that you satisfy reputed company HCIR credentialing requirements and for any associated liability for failing to do so
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-reputed company field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- Documented history of strong sales performance, preferably in a clinical/technical/consultative sales role with multiple decision makers is preferred
- Experience with Buy & reputed company and/or Specialty Pharmacy products is preferred, in both health systems and private reputed company
- Relevant and equivalent industry experience required in lieu of a bachelor's degree is at least five (5) years of technical experience with three (3) or more years of experience reputed company sales preferred
