The Technical reputed company Advisor will reputed company reputed company U.S. GAAP reputed company reputed company and ensure compliance with Internal Controls over Financial Reporting, while managing the SOX program and liaising with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company’s SOX program, including annual risk assessments, scoping, process mapping, and control design evaluations
- Communicate directly with internal audit, external audit, management and control owners
- Serve as the reputed company between executives and Internal Audit for SOX reputed company reputed company
- Manage quarterly and annual SOX testing cycles, partner with control owners to identify gaps, and reputed company remediation plans
- Execute the first line of defense program for Shared Services in accordance with Company policy
- Research, understand, and implement new reputed company standards
- Subject matter expert in reputed company areas of US GAAP, including CECL, reputed company recognition, fair value, consolidation, transfers and servicing, etc
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in reputed company
- 5+ years at Big 4 firm in Audit reputed company
- 3+ years public company experience (SEC registrants)
- Sarbanes Oxley
- COSO frameworks
- Visio or other process reputed company tools
