Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end integration architecture for external provider systems using custom reputed company and FHIR R4/R5 standards
- Define and implement authentication and authorization patterns including OAuth 2.0, SMART on FHIR, mTLS, API keys, and reputed company exchange flows
- Translate reputed company regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS Interoperability Rule, TEFCA, reputed company) into concrete architecture guardrails
- Evaluate and recommend API gateway, service reputed company, and middleware patterns for health data exchange at reputed company
- Architect reputed company AI solutions — including LLM tool use, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG pipelines — reputed company a reputed company compliance context
- Partner with product, engineering, and reputed company teams to produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and integration blueprints
- Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies across provider integration workstreams
Skills
- Deep expertise in FHIR R4/R5 — resource modeling, RESTful reputed company, bulk data operations, and CDS Hooks
- Hands-on experience designing custom API integrations with external reputed company providers (payers, PBMs, EHRs, benefits platforms)
