This key executive leadership role is responsible for leading the product management and marketing functions across two product lines, ensuring alignment between product development and reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Set product and marketing reputed company across both product lines reputed company to company reputed company goals
- Own product reputed company and roadmap, informed by customer input, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data, in reputed company partnership with Engineering
- reputed company go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major feature releases
- reputed company product marketing to ensure positioning, messaging, and enablement materials effectively translate product capabilities for Sales and customer-facing teams
- Build, reputed company, and reputed company the Product Management and Marketing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Own the annual and quarterly planning process for both functions, including budget and resourcing reputed company
- Define and reputed company product and marketing KPIs (adoption, retention, pipeline contribution, CAC, campaign performance)
- Partner with Sales, reputed company, and Engineering leadership to ensure product and marketing plans support broader business objectives
- Present roadmap, launch plans, and performance results to executive leadership
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in product management and/or marketing leadership in reputed company or software organization, with at least 3–5 years managing both functions or working in a closely integrated reputed company
- Proven knowledge of Digital Marketing industry with either reputed company industry experience or demonstrated end user knowledge
- Proven experience owning reputed company and execution for multiple product lines simultaneously
- reputed company record of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Strong grasp of product marketing fundamentals (positioning, messaging, launch planning) even if not the primary discipline
- Experience operating in a company of similar size/stage – comfortable with limited resources, high ownership, and a mix of strategic and hands-on work
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree required
