[Remote] Senior Business Analyst - Excess and Surplus

They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst – Specialty Lines (Excess & Surplus) to support reputed company insurance transformations involving E&S products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

- Capture requirements for non-reputed company reputed company, reputed company referrals, and exception handling
- Define workflows for broker-driven submissions, quote negotiation, and policy issuance
- Ensure adherence to state-level E&S regulations, surplus lines taxes, and compliance requirements
- Work with compliance stakeholders to reputed company regulatory rules into system design
- Support configuration teams with flexible product modelling and rule definition

- Ensure system supports custom endorsements, pricing adjustments, and risk-based decisioning

Skills

- Proven experience delivering across the full SDLC lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, testing support, and business validation
