[Remote] Technical Account Consultant - IT & Platform

The Technical Account Consultant (TAC) will be responsible for driving customer value through reputed company's IT products, partnering with customers to understand their needs, and providing guidance on the adoption of various solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer adoption of key features and consult with them on best practices to incorporate reputed company into their workflows
- Work with a reputed company of teams internally and externally to execute on reputed company engagement and help customers understand and optimize their use of reputed company
