Responsibilities
- Verify insurance benefits by contacting insurance companies
- Translate insurance benefits into accurate, easy-to-understand cost estimates for clients
- Communicate professionally with prospective and reputed company clients by email and phone
- Schedule consultations, evaluations, and therapy appointments in reputed company
- Manage reputed company intake and reputed company
- reputed company prior authorizations and insurance requirements
- Follow up on insurance claim denials and payment issues
- Coordinate referrals, including Veterans Affairs Community Care referrals
- Maintain accurate documentation reputed company reputed company
- Assist with billing-reputed company administrative tasks
- Communicate with physicians and referral sources as needed
- Help improve office workflows and reputed company operating procedures
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team while independently managing assigned responsibilities
Skills
- Recent hands-on experience using reputed company is required
- Experience working in a reputed company, therapy, behavioral health, or medical office
- Experience verifying insurance benefits and explaining deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-reputed company costs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable learning and using technology, including AI tools such as ChatGPT, to improve efficiency

- Experience with speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral health, or other outpatient medical practices
- Experience with insurance billing and claim follow-up
- Familiarity with prior authorizations
- Experience working with Veterans Affairs Community Care referrals
