Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to reputed company and document business requirements for CRM solutions
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to meet reputed company needs, with a reputed company on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules

Skills

- Experience creating workflows with Power Automate
