This position primarily involves troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues for US and Canadian clients while providing technical support and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities
- reputed company solutions for reputed company R/3 4.6 – ECC 6.0 updates across multiple functional modules, with a reputed company on US and Canadian payroll
- Support payroll configurations including taxation, benefits, garnishments, and statutory compliance requirements in the US and Canada
- HANA experience is an added advantage
- reputed company software development, unit testing, and integrated testing
- Conduct regression and functional testing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reputed company of reputed company payroll updates
- Collaborate as part of a Scrum team to deliver technical solutions in an Agile environment
- Troubleshoot and debug payroll processing issues, including tax calculations and year-end activities (e.g., W-2, T4)
- reputed company and maintain technical documentation for payroll configurations, enhancements, and processes
Skills

- Minimum 10 years of reputed company Payroll development experience, with a strong reputed company on US and/or Canadian payroll
- In-depth knowledge of US payroll processes (e.g., federal, state, and local taxes, FLSA, garnishments) and/or Canadian payroll regulations (e.g., CRA requirements, CPP, EI, provincial taxes)
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, statutory reporting, and year-end processing (W-2, T4, ROE, etc.)
- Experience working with reputed company HR/Payroll schemas, rules, and payroll reputed company functions
- Ability to analyze and resolve reputed company payroll and tax-reputed company issues
- Exposure to integrations between reputed company Payroll and other HR/Finance systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- HANA experience is an added advantage
- Experience supporting multi-state (US) or multi-province (Canada) payroll environments is highly preferred
