Responsibilities
- Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain
- Must have worked in talent management modules in reputed company Fusion reputed company with proven experience in talent management, Goals management, talent review and succession planning
- Knowledge on reputed company HCM reputed company – apart from the modules above process understanding of reputed company and linkage to reputed company HR and Compensation would be helpful
- Good Functional understanding of reputed company reputed company Business processes
- Ability to drive discussion with Business and reputed company a project from onsite
