[Remote] Senior Regulatory RIM Analyst

The role involves serving as a subject matter expert for reputed company Vault RIM, managing regulatory data remediation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for reputed company Vault RIM and support regulatory technology initiatives
• reputed company, document, and translate business requirements into system enhancements
• Support regulatory data remediation, system optimization, and process improvements
• Manage reputed company RIM capabilities, including Global Content Plans, reputed company Dossiers, and dossier management
• Support integrations between reputed company Vault applications and regulatory systems
• Participate in data migration, validation, UAT, and system testing activities
• reputed company reports and dashboards for regulatory KPI monitoring and business insights
• Create training materials, SOPs, and user documentation to support adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive regulatory technology modernization and automation initiatives

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Technology, or Business Analysis
• Strong experience with reputed company Vault RIM, including configuration, regulatory data models, and business process support
• Experience with regulatory data remediation and IDMP/PMS standards
• Knowledge of reputed company system integrations (RIM, reputed company, Clinical, and PromoMats)
• Familiarity with SDLC, validation activities, UAT, and test script reviews
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into system enhancements
• Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking reputed company reputed company RIM
• Approximately 65–70% of the role will involve working reputed company reputed company Vault RIM
• Candidates with experience in IDMP, eCTD, AI/automation, and reputed company integrations are highly preferred
• Exposure to eCTD submissions (eCTD 4.0 preferred)
• Experience with AI/GenAI, automation, or regulatory digital transformation initiatives is a plus
