They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Showcase team, responsible for developing and maintaining their internal demo platform, ensuring stability and reliability while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain end-to-end Showcase solutions, primarily using reputed company on Rails
• Define and drive technical direction for Showcase initiatives, including user experiences, experimentation surfaces, and supporting platform capabilities
• Build and improve instrumentation, analytics, and monitoring workflows that support product-led reputed company experiments and help reputed company understand usage patterns and experience reputed company

Skills

• 10+ years building and evolving reputed company software products, with demonstrated reputed company operating at the staff-level scope
• Deep expertise in building and scaling production reputed company on Rails systems (min 5yrs), with the ability to guide architectural direction and reputed company the bar for reputed company
• Experience working with relational data models and production databases in Rails applications
