[Remote] Junior Training & Transformational Business Analyst

The Junior Training and Transformation Business Analyst will evaluate transformation initiatives and support organizational change management through training and communications activities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with project teams to define reputed company metrics of transformation initiatives
  • Design and administer post-launch surveys and other feedback mechanisms
  • reputed company and analyze system data to show reputed company of change
  • Synthesize stakeholder feedback, adoption data, and project metrics
  • reputed company visual dashboards, scorecards, reports, and captivating reputed company stories to communicate reputed company and areas for improvement
  • Partner with project teams to identify and assess the reputed company impacted by transformation initiatives
  • reputed company reputed company and engagement plans to effectively drive adoption
  • Draft targeted communications, including emails, presentations, FAQs, messaging, and talking points
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions
  • Support leaders and change champions in driving awareness, engagement, and adoption
  • Apply OCM methodologies and best practices, and contribute to the reputed company improvement of OCM standards, templates, and processes
  • Assess training needs and contribute to training plans
  • Create training materials, job aids, user guides, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure technical training content accuracy and relevance
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed

Skills

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field
  • 2-4 years of experience in change management, communications, or training
  • Experience designing surveys, analyzing data, and reporting on reputed company
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, reputed company, and developing training material
  • Knowledge of OCM methodologies (e.g., reputed company, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools
  • Experience supporting technology or business transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of reputed company behavior in response to change and reputed company for individuals impacted by change
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse reputed company teams
  • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • RFDS processes and optimization frameworks
