Responsibilities
- Establishes and advances the long-term reputed company, reputed company, and operating model for the business analytics function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and reputed company business needs
- Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating reputed company operational, financial, and performance information into actionable insights that shape reputed company priorities, investments, and strategic reputed company
- Leads multiple business analytics, process improvement, and performance management functions, ensuring consistent methodologies, governance practices, and reputed company standards across the organization
- Directs the evaluation of reputed company-wide business challenges and opportunities, identifying trends, risks, dependencies, and improvement initiatives that enhance organizational performance and effectiveness

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 6+ years as a People Leader
- Extensive leadership experience overseeing large-reputed company business analytics, operational improvement, business transformation, or reputed company functions across reputed company organizations
- Demonstrated reputed company influencing executive-level decision-making and leading initiatives with broad organizational reputed company
- Strong strategic planning, organizational leadership, and business acumen with the ability to balance long-term objectives and operational priorities
