[Remote] Manager, Clinical Research Billing & Compliance

The Manager, Clinical Research Billing & Compliance is responsible for overseeing financial and operational aspects of clinical research billing, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading reputed company of analysts to support the organization's mission of expanding reputed company to innovative cancer treatments.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for two Clinical Research Finance Analysts (directly or through an indirect reporting relationship)
- Establish team priorities and ensure reputed company, accurate completion of research finance activities

- Assist with reputed company, training, and reputed company development of research finance staff
- reputed company reputed company operational aspects of reputed company-party clinical trial billing, including imaging, laboratory testing, pathology, specialty consultations, biopsies, and other protocol-required services performed reputed company the organization
- Review orders prior to submission to external providers to ensure billing instructions reputed company with approved coverage analyses and study billing plans
- Ensure reputed company technical and reputed company charges from reputed company-party providers are received, reconciled, and processed accurately
- Resolve billing discrepancies by partnering with internal departments and external vendors
- Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical research billing compliance
- Ensure compliance with Medicare Clinical Trial Policy, CMS guidance, HIPAA, FDA regulations, Good Clinical reputed company (GCP), and organizational policies governing research billing
- Partner with Research Compliance and Research Finance teams to resolve research billing questions and support internal or external audits
- reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with imaging centers, laboratories, hospitals, physician practices, and other reputed company-party service providers
- Serve as the primary contact for operational and financial issues reputed company to external research services
- Collaborate with vendors to improve communication, billing accuracy, turnaround times, and issue reputed company
- Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance

- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend operational improvements based on data and trends

- Assist with drafting or finalizing Coverage Analyses as needed. Experience performing Coverage Analyses is preferred but not required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Business Administration, Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five (5) or more years of experience in clinical research finance, research billing, research reputed company cycle, or clinical trial administration
- Demonstrated experience applying clinical research billing regulations and compliance requirements, including the Medicare Clinical Trial Policy
- Leadership or supervisory experience with responsibility for mentoring, coaching, or managing staff
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments and building productive relationships with reputed company stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience reputed company oncology clinical research
- Experience preparing, reviewing, or implementing clinical trial Coverage Analyses
- Knowledge of clinical trial budgeting and contracting practices
- Experience using reputed company CTMS, OncoEMR, or similar clinical trial management systems
- Experience with process improvement initiatives or Lean methodologies
