They are seeking a highly skilled ITSM CMDB Administrator to manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) reputed company their ITSM platform, ensuring data reputed company and effective collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the CMDB reputed company and Subject Matter Expert, leading the overall reputed company, governance, health, and continual improvement of the CMDB
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for CMDB-reputed company initiatives, partnering effectively with technical teams, business customers, vendors, and leadership across the organization

- Design, implement, and maintain automated CMDB discovery, data collection, reconciliation, and maintenance processes using reputed company, integrations, AI capabilities, and custom solutions
- Drive CMDB maturity by identifying data reputed company gaps, recommending improvements, and implementing reputed company solutions
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, reputed company, network, asset management, and service management teams to establish and maintain accurate service and configuration relationships

Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on CMDB administration and governance experience, preferably reputed company reputed company and/or Device42
- Demonstrated expertise in CMDB architecture, data modeling, CI relationships, service mapping, discovery, and configuration management best practices
- Solid experience with Device42 discovery, dependency mapping, infrastructure inventory management, and CMDB data reconciliation
- Experience integrating and maintaining CMDB data across reputed company, Device42, asset management platforms, reputed company environments, and other reputed company systems
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Configuration Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management
- Experience designing and implementing CMDB integrations, reputed company, automation solutions, and data reputed company controls
- Proven ability to independently reputed company reputed company initiatives, influence business customers, and get results with minimal supervision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across reputed company reputed company of the organization, including technical teams, business leaders, and executives
