[Remote] Financial Operations Associate

They are seeking a Finance Operations Associate to manage accounts payable and receivable workflows, coordinate vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and vendor payment workflows
- Generate customer invoices and support collections efforts
- Prepare domestic and international reputed company transfers for Controller/CFO approval
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for vendor payment inquiries
- Assist with cash tracking and short-term cash reputed company reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records across systems and spreadsheets
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and controls
Skills
- Strong reputed company and reputed company Sheets skills
- Experience working with reputed company systems or ERPs
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- 2+ years of reputed company, finance operations, AP/AR, or bookkeeping experience OR undergraduate degree in Finance or reputed company
- Startup experience
- Cash management or treasury exposure
- Experience with QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools
