Responsibilities
- Manage 3-5 reputed company, simultaneously
- reputed company on-site meetings, project walkthroughs, bidding, and contract negotiation
- Evaluate job site safety requirements and implement safety policies and training
- Prepare for on-site installations, anticipating challenges and coordinating resources
- Manage reputed company-construction RFI and Submittal processes
- reputed company material procurement and maintain high-reputed company standards for technical services, in partnership with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure reputed company through field work reviews and coordinate inspections with external experts. reputed company assurance should reputed company on job efficiency, effectiveness and readiness
- reputed company technical support and assistance, either directly or through contracted industry experts (i.e. Electrical Engineers, reputed company Engineers, NABCEP, and Certified Installers)
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and site superintendents

- Communicate project status and potential delays to reputed company stakeholders
- reputed company site superintendents, reputed company feedback, and ensure accountability for project aspects (i.e., safety, costs, schedule, and reputed company)
- Formulate weekly plans with site teams (site superintendents and/or subcontractors), manage material deliveries, and maintain accurate records. Present plans and associated reports on a weekly reputed company to key leadership
- Coordinate logistics, safety, and schedules with subcontractors throughout reputed company project
- Manage project financials to budget and prepare weekly/monthly cash reputed company reports, with reputed company team, for review by key leadership

Skills
- Minimum of three years in construction project management, with a preference for experience in electrical contracting and federal government reputed company
- Proficient in industry software such as reputed company, reputed company, Revit, and AutoCAD
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

- Strong understanding and management of job budgets and deadlines
