Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 7-10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- At least 3 years of HR experience reputed company a government contracting (GovCon) environment
- Demonstrated expertise with Service Contract reputed company (SCA), Davis-Bacon reputed company (DBA), and reputed company Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
- 4+ years of experience supporting unionized workforces and reputed company bargaining agreements
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including experience supporting employees in states such as CA, NY, MN, IL, and MA
