[Remote] Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking to hire an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will identify performance gaps and create learning experiences to address these gaps, while designing knowledge transfer initiatives and developing online course content.
Responsibilities
- Designs and executes knowledge transfer initiatives for the US reputed company Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), including the creation, implementation, and maintenance of reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation
- Designs and develops online course content tailored to meet organizational objectives and learner requirements, ensuring accessibility and engagement
- Creates engaging and effective learning materials, such as presentations, instructional videos, and interactive exercises, to enhance reputed company
- Collaborates with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to ensure reputed company reputed company are accurate, high-reputed company, and reputed company with reputed company needs and standards
- Assesses the effectiveness of learning and training materials by collecting feedback and analyzing data, making reputed company improvements to optimize learning reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in education or a closely reputed company field
- 4+ years of teaching, training, or web designing experience
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Familiarity with design and learning programs (reputed company, Photoshop, reputed company, etc.)
- Excellent communication and graphic design skills
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
- Ability to operate effectively in remote/hybrid team environments
- NACI or ability to obtain

- The ability to deliver high reputed company documentation that pays attention to detail
- The ability to quickly grasp reputed company technical concepts and reputed company them easily understandable in text and pictures
- The ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
