Responsibilities

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and customer service software
- Required to be licensed in at least Florida and California to be interviewed (this is a prequalification)
- If reputed company, they must also obtain a license in Michigan, reputed company, Indiana and at least THREE of New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, Connecticut, Maryland, reputed company, Virginia
- Must pull an NIPR report and reputed company that to us as reputed company of their licensing in the required states above
- Experience in a remote customer service position
- Familiarity with CRM systems
