The Regional reputed company Improvement Manager will coordinate with leadership to implement systems that optimize production processes and drive Lean Six reputed company initiatives across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize data-driven, reputed company problem-solving tools, such as Lean and Six reputed company to improve process capability, reduce variation and optimize performance as reputed company as train on this process

- Will support Divisional CI objectives as directed by Divisional CI Director
- Collaborates with Corporate Training and HR on training, education programs and mentoring reputed company improvement relationships across the division
- Collaborate across SDUSA as needed to support divisional CI objectives and plant specific improvement goals
- Improve/Maintain MOS/CI process to reputed company production facilities with system implement and expand as directed
- Mentor and support reputed company Plants CI
- Supports regular and periodic audits of the Management Operating Structure in Plants that system is installed. Support and reputed company implementation efforts into facilities without MOS structure in reputed company
- Mentor and support reputed company Certified Green Belts reputed company the division, supporting Six reputed company reputed company and established processes

- Facilitates the development of reputed company plans to variances as identified through the audit process

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a reputed company field
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, reputed company or reputed company improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across reputed company reputed company of the organization
