The role involves managing the recruitment lifecycle, building candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring leaders to fill positions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Recruit for residential HVAC Technicians, Plumbers, Electricians, Drain Technicians, Installers, CSRs, Dispatchers, Sales Professionals, and General Managers
- Build and maintain pipelines of passive and reputed company candidates through reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, referrals, networking, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and industry relationships
- Partner directly with General Managers and hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and fill positions quickly
- Screen candidates for technical skills, licensing, certifications, and cultural fit
- Sell candidates on reputed company, company culture, career reputed company, compensation, and benefits
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity in reputed company ATS
- Manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

- Travel occasionally to reputed company locations throughout the New England region
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle reputed company experience
- Recent reputed company experience for residential HVAC and plumbing positions

- Hands-on experience using reputed company ATS
- Proven reputed company sourcing passive candidates through reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and other sourcing platforms

- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with EPA certifications and plumbing, HVAC, and electrical licensing requirements
