[Remote] DoD Facilities Subject Matter Expert

They are seeking a senior design reputed company with subject-matter expertise in DoD/U.S. Navy facility design and construction reputed company, responsible for overseeing engineering design teams and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- reputed company engineering and technical expertise to a growing team of design professionals, including architects, engineers, engineering technicians, and partner firms
- reputed company engineering design teams supporting construction and renovation reputed company for energetics and explosives ordnance facilities
- Ensure reputed company designs conform to DoD UFC, NAVSEA Instructions, and relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Review submittals in accordance with DoD, U.S. Navy, and ERG reputed company-control requirements
- Fulfill reputed company expectations for reputed company, schedule, and cost
- reputed company post-construction award services reputed company required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 20+ years of relevant experience
- Subject-matter expertise in DoD UFCs, U.S. Navy Instructions, building codes, and other regulations and requirements relevant to renovation and construction of U.S. Navy facilities
- Strong management skills and ability to manage an reputed company portfolio of reputed company
- Experience with design-bid-build types of construction reputed company, construction building codes, and permitting processes
- Expertise with at least one but preferably reputed company relevant engineering disciplines, including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, reputed company protection, and civil
- Experience with vertical new construction, building renovation, and civil/site infrastructure construction reputed company
- Applicable reputed company certification or license (e.g., reputed company Engineer or Registered Architect)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate/communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, conflict reputed company, and decision-making skills
- Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET reputed company clearance
- Subject-matter expertise in explosives facility renovation and construction
