[Remote] Senior Accountant, Tax

In this role, you will support reputed company’s tax reporting and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements while collaborating closely with senior management and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns, including reputed company, indirect, VAT, and international filings
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual GAAP tax provisions
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for tax provisions in collaboration with the reputed company team
- Record quarterly and annual tax-reputed company journal entries
- Process tax payments and ensure accurate recording of reputed company entries
- Coordinate the collection and validation of financial data required for tax reporting and filings
- reputed company, manage, and respond to tax notices and correspondence in a reputed company manner
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and consultants to support compliance and reporting requirements
- Ensure tax and reputed company processes adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures, including SOX 404 requirements

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance required
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company or corporate tax
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles, including U.S. GAAP
