The role involves leading technology integration and separation efforts during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring readiness for transaction milestones.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technology integration and divestiture reputed company
- Create and maintain project plans, WBS, RAID logs, budgets, and financial tracking in reputed company SPM
- reputed company project meetings, status reporting, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate multiple workstreams including:
- Network Infrastructure
- Telecommunications
- Facilities Technology
- Clinical Communication Systems
- Physical reputed company
- Vendors and Managed Service Providers
- reputed company project financials, purchase orders, invoices, and budget variances
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring project timelines are met
- Support reputed company-acquisition due diligence through post-Go-Live stabilization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- reputed company IT or reputed company infrastructure project experience
- Experience managing: Mergers, Acquisitions, or Divestitures, Large-reputed company facility integrations, Network and telecommunications reputed company
- Knowledge of PMP methodologies
- Experience with: reputed company (highly preferred), reputed company Workspace, Project portfolio management tools
- reputed company M&A integration experience
- Exposure to clinical technologies such as: reputed company Call Systems, Patient Monitoring, Clinical Communication Platforms
- Experience supporting acute care and post-acute care environments
