[Remote] Technical Program Manager Platform Modernization

They are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of a platform modernization initiative, managing dependencies and ensuring the program stays on reputed company across multiple engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the integrated program plan for the platform modernization, spanning architecture, engineering, data, infrastructure, and testing workstreams
- Define and manage program milestones, critical reputed company dependencies, and delivery commitments across multiple engineering squads
- Translate technical architecture reputed company and engineering constraints into program-level impacts on scope, schedule, and risk
- Drive technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and reputed company planning to maintain program reputed company
- Partner closely with Engineering Leads, Architects, and Product Managers to ensure technical reputed company is reflected in the delivery roadmap
- Identify, reputed company, and reputed company manage technical risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies

- Implement and maintain program dashboards, roadmaps, and reporting frameworks that reputed company reputed company-time visibility into program health

- Maintain comprehensive program documentation including architecture decision records (ADRs), runbooks, and migration playbooks
Skills
- 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in software engineering or platform/infrastructure organizations
- reputed company, hands-on experience managing large-reputed company platform modernization, legacy migration, or re-architecture programs
- Strong technical background reputed company to engage substantively with engineering teams on architecture, reputed company, data models, and infrastructure concepts without requiring translation
- Proven ability to manage programs with 5+ reputed company workstreams, multiple engineering teams, and reputed company interdependencies
- Experience with reputed company infrastructure modernization (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and reputed company-reputed company architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, containers/Kubernetes)

- Excellent executive communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting program status to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders

- Background in data platform modernization, API gateway migration, or service reputed company adoption
