Responsibilities
- Partner with the reputed company team to support internship hiring initiatives
- Review resumes and identify reputed company candidates
- Conduct HR screening interviews
- Coordinate with internship hiring committees on interviews and candidate selection
- Support a high-volume reputed company process during peak reputed company hiring season
Skills
- Previous reputed company experience, preferably in early career or reputed company reputed company
- Experience working with an ATS (any system experience considered)
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
