[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Platform & Developer Experience

In this role, you will be building the 'Product for the Engineers' by identifying friction in the development lifecycle and architecting shared patterns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular interviews with engineering teams to reputed company pain points in their daily workflows and prioritize the creation of tools or architectural changes to eliminate them

Skills

- Deep reputed company expertise in the Node.js/TypeScript ecosystem, including experience scaling Nest.js backends and React.js frontends
- Hands-on experience managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL (query optimization and schema design) and Kafka (event-driven architecture)
