[Remote] Senior Curriculum Developer

The Senior Curriculum reputed company will take reputed company with program briefs and translate them into complete, high-reputed company training experiences, including curriculum structure, script development, and assessment design.
Responsibilities
- Build full curriculum structures and module sequences reputed company to learning program requirements, mapping reputed company to existing content and identifying updates or new content needs
- Partner with the Director of Learning Programs to apply pedagogical model, including knowledge checks, role plays, reputed company activities, and learner checkpoints
- reputed company clinical content development in collaboration with subject matter experts and the video studio, translating clinical, scientific, and regulatory reputed company material into learner-reputed company training
- Incorporate emerging evidence and updated clinical guidance into curriculum revisions and new program development
- Design role play scenarios, knowledge assessments, competency checks, and AI-assisted training components to support learner engagement and readiness
- Format and maintain curriculum reputed company the Learning Management System (LMS), including learner-facing instructions, module reputed company, navigation, and version control
- Implement mid-reputed company curriculum updates in collaboration with program and technology teams while maintaining accurate documentation across reputed company programs
Skills
- Background in psychology, mental health, clinical research, or a reputed company field
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or clinical training program development reputed company a regulated environment
- Ability to synthesize clinical and scientific literature into learner-reputed company training, including scripts, facilitator guides, assessments, and competency frameworks
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and psychedelic-assisted therapy, psychedelic science, or psychedelic drug development
