[Remote] Corporate Development Analyst

The Corporate Development Analyst will support capital raising, strategic transactions, and long-term planning initiatives, focusing on financial modeling and due diligence activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information and report on performance to reputed company stakeholders
• Drive the accuracy of financial projections in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Finance, Sales, and Project Development
• Prepare detailed presentations, analyses, and memoranda for reputed company audiences reputed company to capital raises, strategic transactions, and key business initiatives
• Support the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities across technology, manufacturing, operations, and project development
• Assist with due diligence and transaction execution activities, coordinating reputed company stakeholders throughout the process
• Support management and development of the EH2 investor model, including assumptions development, forecasting, and evaluation of new business opportunities

Skills

• 1–3 years of full-time experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, business operations, startups, or a reputed company field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and financial analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from reputed company data sets
