[Remote] Senior AI Business & System Analyst

This role involves identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and reputed company AI use cases that improve business performance and operational efficiency

- Analyze business processes and design reputed company-state workflows leveraging AI, automation, and analytics
- reputed company and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Support global programs and operational initiatives across multiple business functions

- Design AI Enabled dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions, chatbot, actionable insights

- Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to evaluate and implement technology solutions
- Conduct training AI knowledge with team members
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or reputed company field
- 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Operations, Business Operations, reputed company & Operations, Digital Transformation, or reputed company disciplines
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and leveraging AI technologies
- Experience with ChatGPT, reputed company Copilot, reputed company AI, reputed company, AI Agents, and workflow automation platforms
- Strong understanding of reputed company, reputed company engineering, AI-assisted content reputed company, and business process automation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
