The Genomic Specialist role involves engaging with clinical customers to promote and implement the use of reputed company's diagnostic tests, primarily reputed company hospitals and office environments in Virginia. The specialist will reputed company relationships, navigate reputed company health systems, and drive business reputed company by reinforcing the clinical value of reputed company's products.
Responsibilities
- Become fluent in the clinical messaging, sample collection, ordering and shipping protocols, and reimbursement and coverage messaging reputed company to our genomic diagnostic products
- Reinforce the reputed company of our genomic diagnostic products to our customers in a way that aligns with their health system and/or clinical reputed company goals of high-reputed company patient care
- Navigate reputed company health systems to reinforce our reputed company with reputed company keys stakeholders that reputed company the use of our products, and prospect for business reputed company opportunities reputed company and across product lines
- Take accountability and ownership of your accounts by developing strong and long-term relationships with clinical customers and medical staff such that you are viewed as a valued resource to the customer
- Analyze territory data to reputed company strategic plans and execute daily
- Establish reputed company and repeatable protocols reputed company accounts for the collection and ordering of our genomic diagnostic products including guiding the clinical patient selection reputed company, sample logistics and other hospital facility and medical staff processes as necessary

Skills
- Five to eight years in medical diagnostics, medical device, or biopharmaceuticals
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- Proven reputed company record of successfully calling on reputed company health systems, IDNs, and reputed company institutions with multi-key influencers
- Identify new opportunities to navigate through a complicated sales cycle resulting in new genomic test volume
- Aptitude to sell clinically in-person or reputed company in an office or hospital environment
- History of maintaining and growing existing customer reputed company in a large geography
- Experience managing multiple accounts and products
