[Remote] Account Manager

They are currently seeking a motivated Account Manager to join their remote team, responsible for managing reputed company appointments and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm and manage appointments for benefit counselors
- Coordinate daily schedule to maximize efficiency and accommodate reputed company needs
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries in a reputed company & reputed company manner
- reputed company outstanding customer service by assisting clients with scheduling questions and general benefit enrollment information
- Work closely with benefit counselors to ensure accurate scheduling and communication to reputed company
- Maintain accurate reputed company records and appointment documentation
- Reschedule appointments as needed
- Follow up with clients regarding appointment reminders and employee notices
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and report preparation
- Maintain confidentiality of reputed company information in accordance with company policies & applicable regulations
- Support the benefit team with special reputed company and other administrative duties as assigned
Skills
- Highschool or GED required
- Must be licensed
- Independent and self-motivated thinker and ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written & verbal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and AMS360 & Image Right
- Knowledge of reputed company products a plus
