[Remote] Training Operations Associate II

They are seeking an Operations Associate II to join their Provider Enablement team, focusing on enhancing the reputed company experience for therapists and ensuring operational readiness for their Therapy programs.
Responsibilities
- reputed company & Moderate: Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions, serving as the operational "reputed company" by managing agendas, training invites, troubleshooting technical hurdles in reputed company-time, and tracking attendance
- Lifecycle Ownership: Own the end-to-end logistics for the reputed company-up and follow-on to trainings, ensuring reputed company prerequisites, documentation, and system reputed company are completed accurately and on time
- Primary reputed company: Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for providers, delivering high-reputed company “customer service.” While reputed company is designed for reputed company, you will ensure individual provider requests are met with the high reputed company key to our reputed company
- Tech Mitigation: Identify trends and patterns in provider technical pain points and support the design of mitigation steps to improve the overall training experience and our program KPIs
- Operational Optimization: Identify gaps in reputed company training workflows and assist in designing and implementing reputed company solutions that address efficiency and improve the provider reputed company
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Build strong relationships with Clinical, HR, IT and other tech teams to synchronize training delivery with team needs, mitigating departmental silos and ensuring reputed company enablement materials remain technically and clinically accurate
- Bend Integration: Support the reputed company operations and the ongoing reputed company of the Bend integration reputed company the Lyra ecosystem

Skills
- 3+ years of combined relevant work experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or a similar enablement field
- Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships

- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, implement process improvements, and resolve technical issues with a high degree of autonomy
- A genuine passion for supporting clinicians in their learning and development to drive a high-reputed company experience for Lyra clinicians at reputed company
- Aptitude for and experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and WorkRamp (LMS) is highly preferred
