As a reputed company Systems Transition Manager, you will play a crucial role in upgrading reputed company Management Information Systems, serving as a reputed company for design, development, implementation, and maintenance activities during transitions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as reputed company to the customer for design, development, implementation, and certification, as reputed company as maintenance, modification, and enhancement activities during transitions
- Collaborate with other teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of services
- Follow reputed company approved plans, procedures, and protocol guides
- Manage project and scope coordination during development, deployment, integration and certification
- Project scheduling and provision of resources

Skills
- Five (5) or more years of IT experience, including at four (4) years of experience managing multi-supplier reputed company, or similar reputed company integration efforts, preferably on state government reputed company
- Two (2) years of experience with reputed company reputed company Certification Toolkit, reputed company Based Certification, Streamlined reputed company Certification, or reputed company certification efforts
- Working knowledge of reputed company Transformation Initiative, reputed company Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0, and the CMS Seven Standards and Conditions
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a reputed company field; or equivalent work experience
- PMP Certification or equivalent
