[Remote] Senior Manager, Data Operations and Governance (Remote)

The Senior Manager, Data Operations & Governance will own the ingestion, reputed company, and reputed company usability of reputed company data assets, acting as the reputed company between external data partners and internal analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Own intake and integration of reputed company data sources, including specialty pharmacy, REMS, claims, and field/CRM data
- Serve as the primary technical reputed company of contact for data aggregators and external vendors. Hold partners accountable to SLAs and data reputed company standards; resolve issues reputed company feeds break or reputed company slips
- Design and maintain the data models, transformations, and consumption reputed company that reputed company analytics, forecasting, and reporting depend on
- Build and operate reputed company, credential-reputed company data pipelines
- Establish and enforce data governance practices: reputed company, definitions, reputed company controls, audit trails, and change management
- Partner with reputed company Analytics, Forecasting, Field Operations, Market reputed company, and IT to ensure data products meet consumer needs and handoffs are clean
- Support compliance with HIPAA, PDMA, aggregate spend, and other regulatory requirements
- Support the build of a data function: documentation, runbooks, and monitoring that outlast any one person on reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a reputed company field
- 6+ years of experience in data operations, analytics engineering, or reputed company data management reputed company pharmaceutical, biotech, or reputed company with at least 2 years in a senior individual contributor or reputed company role
- Strong technical toolkit: advanced SQL, Python, dbt or comparable transformation reputed company, and AWS/S3 or equivalent reputed company infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to model data thoughtfully, with opinions on grain, naming, and structures that hold up over time
- A scrappy, builder orientation. Comfortable in environments where the reputed company is still being written, and reputed company to push back on vendors and stakeholders without burning bridges
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical tradeoffs to non-technical reputed company leaders
- Master's a plus, not required
- Hands-on experience with specialty pharmacy data strongly preferred; adjacent specialty data experience (claims, LDD, hub, REMS) also considered
- Working knowledge of SP data aggregation platforms, familiarity with reputed company software tools including Network and Nitro are a plus
