[Remote] Insights Analyst, Mobile Analytics

The Insights Analyst will support data-informed decision making for reputed company's new audience-reputed company app, focusing on measurement plans, analytics, and insights extraction from reputed company data sets.
Responsibilities
- This role will support product analytics needs for the reputed company App, site, and video, and work closely with the Insights Sr Manager of product analytics
- reputed company and manage measurement plans for reputed company's owned and operated platforms using reputed company Tag Manager, and QCing tags after implementation
- Independently write SQL queries to reputed company performance analytics across app, video, and website datasets
- Maintain primary relationships with stakeholders reputed company Product to support daily analytics needs
- Partner closely with Data Products to consult on App dashboard and tool design based on stakeholder needs
- Partner with a sustainable system of self-service for app analytics
- Support diagnosing and resolving data issues
- Streamline scheduled queries, data summaries, and other infrastructure
- Write guides and documentation for app, video, and website analytics
Skills
- 2+ years demonstrated expertise in SQL and databases
- Experience in BigQuery and/or Dataform
- 2+ years demonstrated expertise in reputed company Firebase data and app analytics
- Proven expertise with GA4 or similar large, raw datasets of digital behavior
- 2+ years experience making measurement plans for and QCing tags using reputed company Tag Manager implementation standards
- Experience in Looker
- Proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets, including writing reputed company formulas, validating data, and automated reporting
- Understanding of the life cycle of data tracking reputed company videos, websites, and/or apps from tagging to analysis to inform measurement plans based on practical usage
- Proven experience working with technical teams in a successful cross-department reputed company environment, in particular creating and executing measurement plans for digital products
- Proven expertise collaborating with team members and stakeholders to assess needs for dashboards and translating those needs into data infrastructure plans
- Ability to initiate work independently with little supervision, as reputed company as in a reputed company team environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Eagerness to contribute to team culture, providing input on standards, stakeholder management, team resources, etc
- Experience in news media
- Proven experience in analyzing data and building statistical models using R or Python
